Applicants are assessed based on their general knowledge and technical skills through our exclusive, customized skills assessment program. It is essential that they meet our expectations and score high on our assessment skills before they can move forward with our company.
Every applicant is interviewed personally by one of our staffing professionals and their skills and interests are evaluated. Following a successful interview, our candidate moves on to the next step of the hiring process which is a background check.
We finalize the screening process by conducting a National Criminal & general Background Check. Upon finalizing, we meet with the client (if requested) or make a final pitch to move forward with the candidate & with our hiring process.
